These are the settings apps loaded by clicking the tray icons (KDE Connect, Audio) and the settings apps found in the Settings menu n the desktop. Since this is still a normal plasma-desktop install, the original settings app works. This exposes all the setting like a normal KDE plasma-desktop install, like global themes.
