5. Create a folder inside that ubisoft folder "Far Cry 4" 6. Inside that folder make another one called "SaveGames" 7. Paste the files you found in the bin SaveGames folder you copied earlier. 8. Load Far Cry 4 and enjoy. P.S. Not sure if this fixes all the save issues but it resolved mine.
Turning it off and then back on again. Verifying files through Uplay. Running as an administrator. Making sure the game file is not read only in the uplay game launcher. "Enable In-game overlay for supported games." Thats what you want unchecked.
