Backstab fishing and immense lag is pretty much Dark Souls PvP in a nutshell, also the "zone" for landing backstabs are very generous in this game. How to successfully perform a backstab or riposte ? I've been struggling to figure out how to do these things at early stages i managed to once riposte and now i cant even parry any single attack. I am parrying with a shield and when i try to parry just before enemy hit i perform parrying animation but enemy hits me anyway.
